As of the second quarter of 2021, in Salt Lake County, 55.5% of the demand comes from within the county. Other counties within Utah make up 9.8% of demand. These include Utah, Davis, and Summit counties. The largest Out-of-State demand comes from Los Angeles County, accounting for 7.1% of the Out-of-County domestic demand. International buyers make up 1.6% of demand.
