On February 21, 2018, approximately sixty members of the ERA Europe Leadership Team, lead by Francois Gagnon, toured Summerlin in Las Vegas. They were hosted by Howard Hughes Corporation and Fafie Moore, Executive Vice President at ERA Brokers Consolidated.

The tour started at the ERA Brokers Consolidated office in Summerlin where a demonstration of the ARTI platform was presented. Fafie Moore commented “ERA Europe loved the media wall in the office, but what they were most impressed with was the proprietary marketing and transaction platform, ARTI.”

Howard Hughes Corporation arranged for transportation to Affinity with homes by William Lyon Homes and then Granite Heights with homes by Toll Brothers. Everyone was impressed by the architecture and beautifully designed living spaces.

Daniel Molineri, with ERA Brokers who was born in Monaco and helped translate on the tour. He commented “I was honored to be a part of this experience. I’m looking forward to attending the ERA Europe annual meeting later in the year. It is exciting to develop relationships with ERA professionals in Europe.”
