NAHREP, the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals, recently released it’s Top 250 Latino Agents Awards for 2024. Founded in 2000, the NAHREP’s goal is to advance sustainable Hispanic homeownership by educating real estate professionals. The Top 250 Awards, established in 2012, celebrates the achievements of Latino real estate agents across the United states.
This year’s honorees include Alexander Gutierrez and Irene Navarro, both agents at the ERA Brokers Consolidated Mesquite, Nevada office.
Alexander Gutierrez was ranked #37 in the top 250. He was also #58 in agents by volume and #5 in the Northwest. This year, Alexander has closed 84 transactions with a sales volume of $29,100,016 and 42 buyer sides.
I have proudly received NAHREP’s award ranking me among the TOP 250 Latino real estate agents nationwide. I am proudly ranked as ERA’s #1 Sales Agent Year to date. I have built my business on the foundation of commitment, communication, and most importantly, transparency.
Irene Navarro was ranked #172 among the top 250. Additionally, she was ranked #15 in the Northwest. This year, Irene closed 45 transactions with a sales volume of $11,973,275 and 24 buyer sides.
I am a first generation born in the United States of my mother’s family, I was born in California and my father was born in Guanajuato, Mexico. My mother was born in Jalisco, Mexico. They both worked hard. My father worked in the fields mainly cutting lettuce. My mother worked as cannery for over 30 years. They wanted a better future for us as a family. I strive to make them proud. I also want my own family to be proud of the work I do helping buyers achieve their goal of homeownership.
