We also dove into the latest ways to use AI in your business with a 16-page quick guide full of prompts and ideas to help you create content and have more meaningful conversations. Additionally, we shared updates on our education offerings in academics, boasting over 50,000 students enrolled and 67,000 continuing education classes completed. In a practical takeaway for agents, the focus was on communicating more effectively—sometimes a quick text or email might seem efficient, but picking up the phone and having a real conversation can make all the difference.
