Meet Lydia and Sam—your dynamic real estate duo with a knack for making big dreams come true! Lydia’s love for real estate started early, when she was drawing dream houses and testing her family computer’s limits with free architecture software. (Let’s say, it needed a fan upgrade.) In high school, her curiosity shifted to science, which led her to Baylor University as a biochemistry major on the pre-med track. But a couple of years later, she realized that loving science wasn’t the same as loving the idea of being a doctor. Sam is a proud 0311 Infantry Marine, lifelong entrepreneur, and former truck driver who’s lived in nearly 30 homes and has a serious knack for buying and selling property. Sams superpower is problem solving. From a truck and trailer falling off the side of a Mountian on I-70 in Colorado (true story) to a mortgage deal falling through, he knows how to think of solutions no one else thinks up. Sam thinks big and is eager to help other big thinkers achieve their goals. Together, they’ve run a successful oversized transportation company, where they wore just about every hat imaginable—pilot car driver, CDL driver, freight broker, compliance manager, HR guru, permit specialist, bookkeeper, and their all-time favorite, Dad and mom. Now, Lydia and Sam are combining their shared passion for real estate and years of business experience to help others find their own dream homes.
