I’ve always enjoyed helping people navigate new experiences, solve problems, and feel confident in the decisions they make. Real estate brings all these essential objectives together, and I truly enjoy being a part of such an important chapter in people’s lives. My experience in real estate, transaction coordination, and more than 20 years in higher education, presents a unique combination of knowledge, communication skills, and attention to detail to every real estate transaction. As a transaction coordinator, I’ve been involved in 85+ real estate transactions, giving me an in-depth understanding of the entire process -- contract to closing. I understand the details, deadlines, documents, negotiations, and countless moving pieces that come together to make a transaction successful. My bachelors degree in English combined with my background in higher education, has strengthened my ability to communicate clearly, educate, negotiate, and advocate effectively. Transparency, timely communication, and meticulous organization are at the heart of how I serve my clients. My husband, Luis, and I have been life partners for 22 years, and were excited to expand our partnership into the real estate arena. Woohoo! Luis is fluent in Spanish and proficient in Portuguese, allowing us to serve even a broader range of clients.
