Raised by a ‘real estate investor mom’ in Toronto, Canada, Noylan developed a passion and an understanding of the various aspects real estate at an early age. She first got licensed as an agent in 2004 in Houston, Texas, then launched into real estate development where she managed 5 of her own luxury town home projects before moving to California and joining ERA Brokers, Inc. to represent high profile clients.
