Colleen Sherman

My name is Colleen Sherman and I am a lifelong Southern California native. I grew up in Bakersfield and graduated from Cal State University San Marcos where I studied Communication Theory. In 2007, my husband and I relocated from San Diego to Temecula and started our family. I was attracted to Temecula for its blend of both old and new California and its high ranked schools. Starting out in the business as a real estate photographer and then assistant to a top producer, I gained a well rounded perspective of the industry. I have seen all sides of the transaction and chose to get my real estate license because of my strong desire to be more hands on and help clients find their dream home. I believe communication is the cornerstone to my relationship with my clients. I pride myself in providing clear and timely information. And it has been my pleasure to watch each client I help reach their home goals.
