Donna Schneider

My name is Donna Schneider. I am a full time Broker Salesperson since 2005 and a 30 year resident in the Las Vegas community. Happily, I have just recently advanced my career by joining ERA Brokers Consolidated here in Summerlin, Nevada. This move will take the level of service to my clients to an entirely a new level of excellence. I have been a Top Producer since day one with my previous company and I plan to meet and exceed my previous goals utilizing the comprehensive services offered by ERA Brokers Consolidated. I am originally from the Northeast, graduated from the University of Bridgeport in Connecticut Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor Degree of Science in both Biology and Dental Hygiene. After almost 18 years of taking care of my patients in the dental field I transitioned naturally into my Real Estate career and taking care of my clients there. Since I first attained my license I have continually furthered my education in all aspects of real estate, hoping to provide the best and most up to date service to all of my clients. Within my first year of practicing real estate I attained one of the most prestigious designations in that less than 4% of all REALTORS® ever achieve called the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS). This designation is based on extensive training and experience in the field of real estate. Then to quickly follow was the Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) certification and then I became a graduate of the REALTOR® Institute, attaining my GRI. This designation was earned after attaining over 120 hours of extensive classroom training and testing to broaden my knowledge and skills in a wide array of real estate subjects. To stay ahead in our ever changing industry, I then went back to the books again to attain my Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource certification (SFR), and Risk Reduction Graduate (RRG) to better be able to serve my clients in the current practice of representing both Buyers and Sellers in both Short Sales and Foreclosures. I take pride in my ability to attain Short Sale approvals on behalf of my clients who hire me to sell their home due to hardship and save them from a foreclosure which is not an easy task to do but one that I find extremely satisfying. In my spare time I enjoy being an advocate for animals and volunteering my time to raise money for several animal rescues, and caring for two dogs I recently saved are now my children.
