Tamara L. Foster is a seasoned real estate broker, business leader, and community advocate with more than 20 years of experience in the real estate industry. Licensed in 2003 and a broker since 2007, Tamara has built her career around service, integrity, education, and a genuine desire to help others succeed. Throughout her career, she has worked with buyers, sellers, real estate professionals, and business owners, always believing that real estate is ultimately about people, relationships, and the communities we call home. After relocating to Southern Utah in 2006, Tamara became actively involved in both professional and community leadership. Over the years, she has served in numerous volunteer, board, and leadership positions supporting professional organizations, nonprofit initiatives, and youth programs. She has a particular passion for mentoring others, developing future leaders, teaching educational seminars, and helping people recognize their own potential. For 12 years, Tamara served as the owner and principal broker of American Heritage Real Estate & Development, where she built a culture centered on professionalism, positivity, accountability, and strong REALTOR® education. Her leadership style emphasizes doing business the right way, understanding contracts and disclosures, protecting clients, and helping agents build careers they can be proud of. Today, Tamara brings that experience and enthusiasm to her role as Managing Broker with ERA Brokers Consolidated, where she continues to mentor agents, strengthen professional standards, and create opportunities for others to learn, grow, and succeed. Guided by faith, gratitude, and the belief that a little laughter can make even the hardest days lighter, Tamara strives to leave people and places better than she found them.
