Tamara L. Foster is a seasoned real estate broker, business owner, and community leader with more than 20 years of industry experience. Licensed in 2003 and a broker since 2007, she has built her career on a foundation of service, integrity, and a sincere commitment to helping people achieve homeownership and long-term success. After relocating to Southern Utah in 2006, Tamara quickly became deeply involved in community leadership. She has served in numerous volunteer and board positions, contributing to professional organizations, nonprofit initiatives, and youth leadership programs. She is passionate about mentoring future leaders, teaching educational seminars, and creating opportunities that empower others to grow both personally and professionally. Tamara served as the owner and principal broker of American Heritage Real Estate & Development for 12 years, where she lead her team with professionalism, positivity, and a strong respect for contracts, disclosures, and Realtor education. She now brings that same energy and experience to her new role as Managing Broker with ERA Brokers Consolidated!
