About Matthew

Matt Walter is CTO for Brokers Holdings. He plays a central role in creating some of real estates most innovative products, such as ARTI® Transact, ARTI® Academics and ARTI® Tools. Responsible for procuring over 20,000 buyer and seller leads per year for the organization, he is a recognized industry trailblazer in the space. His work has been featured in industry publications such as Inman and presented in various emerging technology conferences, most notably FWD. Previously, Matt worked in the Utility Auditing industry designing applications that analyze utility expenses for various State government entities and Fortune 100 companies. In his free time, Matt loves spending time at his family ranch, farming, horse riding, and other outdoor activities.

Education

Matt spent most of his academic time at Southern Utah University where he received his Masters of Business Administration, Bachelors of Science in Construction Management, and AAS in Construction Management. Prior to that he earned his Associates of Science at Dixie State University in St. George, Utah.
