Arlene Chalkley

Im a native of San Antonio and understand the growth over the decades as well as growing up in the Real Estate industry. Real Estate has always been a passion for me. I love working with first time home buyers, seasoned home buyers, as well as Military personnel. I know first hand the sacrifices our Military men and women go through to protect our country. My Uncle served in the Army and fought in Korea and Vietnam, my nephew is a Marine and has been deployed numerous time and a cousin that is serving in the Reserves. Im very proud of my family members and its my way of giving back by helping the Military purchase or sell their homes. Each person that buying or selling a home receives my utmost attention to the most minute details and dedication to helping them reach their dreams. I have been honored over the years to have been one of the Business Journals Top 50 Realtor, as well as a finalist for the Platinum Top 50 Realtors. My dedication to San Antonio shows through with my work with the San Antonio Stock Show and Rodeo. Im third generation life member, recipient of the SA Rodeo Volunteer of the year award as well as a member of the Lets Rodeo Ball committee. Through our many activities we raised over $12 million dollars in the form of scholarships, grants, endowments, auctions, a calf scramble program and show premiums paid to the youth. Im also involved with Toys For Tots through our company to raise money and collect toys for needy families. As a graduate of Incarnate Word High School I have sat on the Alumni Board as well as served as President and continue to support and organize the many fundraising events to raise money for scholarships. In 2011 I was honored to be the recipient of the Incarnate Word High School Mother Columkille Colbert Award which is the highest award given for service and dedication to the high school.
