Melinda Van Tassell

Melinda Van Tassell is a licensed Realtor in Utah, as well as Florida. As a third-generation realtor she grew up around the business and first obtained her Utah real estate license in 2002, alongside her brother, Tommy Webber, at their family’s brokerage, ERA Webber Real Estate. For 22 years Melinda embraced life as a military spouse, relocating her family every two to three years across the U.S. and Europe while her husband served in the U.S. Army Special Forces. This firsthand experience makes her an expert in the complexities of relocation and provides her with a unique, international real estate perspective. In recent years, and while residing in Florida, Melinda succeeded as a Top-Producing Realtor in the Space Coast Region of Florida, handling various types of real estate transactions, such as luxury and beach front properties. Upon her husband’s military retirement, they moved back to the great state of Utah and are grateful to be “home.” Melinda is best known for her positive energy and genuine personality. She graduated from Weber State University with a Bachelor of Science in Communication, emphasizing in Public Relations, and minoring in Technical Sales. She is also a certified Group Fitness Instructor and has taught fitness classes for over 20 years, helping clients improve and maintain their well-being.
