Teresa Sweitzer

Hi! My name is Teresa, and I want to be your Realtor. I was born in the Philippines and raised in Las Vegas. Having lived in Las Vegas since 1991 and currently living in Henderson, I am very knowledgeable about the valley. I have seen this city grow, thrive, fall, and build itself back up. I am a graduate of the University of Nevada Las Vegas with a degree in Accounting. Not only can I help you find a home or sell your current one, but with my accounting background, I understand the numbers, details, and importance of a budget involved with buying, selling, and investing in Real Estate. I can help you understand them as well. Being a professional, I know the importance of communication, accuracy, and GREAT customer service. Without a doubt, you will experience all of the above and more working with me. I treat my clients like family, and I want to be there from the time you buy your starter home to when you buy your dream home. When Im not helping people reach their full real estate potential, I love spending time with my daughters, exploring everything that Southern Nevada has to offer, and traveling the world.
