Georgette Willis is a multiple award-winning real estate broker with more than 35 years of experience within the industry. She has exceled in all facets of real estate, flourishing as a broker, realtor, property manager, mortgage loan consultant and investor. Working with such reputable companies as Century 21 Advantage Gold and The Realty One Group Georgette’s abilities led to her winning the Centurion Award and earned her the distinction of one of the “Top Agents in the Las Vegas Valley.” Eventually she was inspired to branch out on her own and subsequently created, Tico Realty Group, LLC. Fulfilling such diverse roles as owner-broker, realtor and property manager, she has utilized her extensive real estate expertise to ensure seasoned investors and sellers obtain the best return on their investments and helped the first-time homebuyer feel confident about their purchase. Georgette continues to serve as a licensed Broker-Realtor with ERA Brokers Consolidated while concurrently developing CE courses that focus on the subtle nuances of real estate transactions. She maintains an extensive portfolio of real estate holdings in Nevada, Arizona and California and continues her affiliations with the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR), Greater Las Vegas Association of Realtors (GALVAR) and the Multiple Listing Service (MLS). She resides in Henderson, Nevada and is a member of Hope Church and spends her spare time volunteering with various organizations around town.
