Sieglinde "Siggi" Carty

My name is Sieglinde Siggi Carty. I was born and raised in Germany, and was lucky enough after college to travel throughout Europe, the Caribbean, and the Middle and Far East, before permanently relocating to the United States. I worked and lived in the Tristate area until the early 2000s, when my military husband received orders to move to Texas. At that time I changed to Real Estate and got my license as a Sales Associate. I have been in the industry now for 17 years, carry several designations as well as a Brokers License for the state of Florida. Not only have I assisted many civilians, active and retired military, and their families with home purchases, I assisted with selling homes, too. My knowledge and experience lends a hand to the stresses involved with relocating, whether into our city, or out. I take what I do very seriously and am empathetic to the needs of everyone I come in contact with. I want to make sure the process of home buying or selling is as painless as possible. When I first received my licensed I joined ERA , Sellers Buyers and Associates in El Paso. In December of 2009 I joined Coldwell Banker DeWetter and after we moved to Austin in 2014 I joined Coldwell Banker United. I received my Brokers license for the state of Florida in September of 2017 and am currently a Broker Associate at Coldwell Banker Residential Winter Park and a Sales Associate at ERA Colonial in the state of TX (License # 547991). I am a Member in good standing at the Austin Board of Realtors as well as the Orlando Board of Realtors.
