How it works:

If you have a referral that needs to be placed with another agent, either inside of ERA or to an outside brokerage please fill out the following information. Once submitted the Relocation Department will place the referral on your behalf, ensuring it will be placed with a reputable brokerage and agent.

What you get:

If you place any referral through this form then you will receive 100% of the referral fee – you will not have to pay any fees or splits to the company.

**Note: If you place a referral on your own and not through the Relocation Department, then you will be subject to your splits and fees as outlined in your Independent Contractor Agreement.
