LAS VEGAS, NEVADA (June 15, 2017) – Joe Gulino, a top-producing real estate professional with ERA Brokers Consolidated, recently shared his advice and insights to a capacity crowd of his fellow colleagues on the campus of University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
He was one of six hand-selected real estate agents who presented at ERA Real Estate’s Regional Connections conference, a one-day live learning event featuring peer-to-peer learning designed to fuel business productivity.
Among Gulino’s top tips for fellow professionals looking to get to the next level:
- High Touch/High Tech: Gulino leverages disciplined prospecting and business networking to fuel his business. He believes that he needs effective technology to be successful but he also needs to bring credibility to the clients. He really likes the Zap scripts and Follow-up plans because it keeps him connected with clients with very little effort. He has closed five deals from Zap leads.
- Commitment to Community: Gulino received a marketing degree from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, a great asset to his clients, but he also serves on the Board of Directors for the UNLV Alumni Association and believes in giving back his time and talent to the community.
His advice to agents wanting to take that next step to grow would be, “Good luck comes from hard work.”
