ERA Brokers Consolidated is excited to announce that Monarch Property Management has become part of ERA Brokers’ property management operations. With more than 1,800 units under ERA management from Las Vegas to the Wasatch Front, Monarch will be an important addition to the management team and will provide additional expertise in HOA management.
Monarch Property Management has been serving landlords, tenants, and Homeowners Associations for decades in the St. George Community. Their staff will join the staff in the St. George ERA offices at 201 E. St. George Blvd. The combined management organization will be better able to service clients and meet the needs of the real estate community in Southern Utah.
