On June 26th, Mike Ferry coached approximately 65 real estate professionals affiliated with ERA Brokers Consolidated in a private, three hour training on winning listings and getting them sold quickly. Mike Ferry is the most well known and highly respected sales coach and real estate trainer in the industry.
Participating agents were taught to commit, build a schedule, understand the process, build a referral community, talk to people, fall in love with your job, be aggressive in lead follow-up, sell yourself on your own listing plan, track your numbers, and avoid complacency.
The company goals this year are to 1) Have a positive attitude—its going to be a great year!, 2) provide exceptional customer service, and 3) get in front of the business opportunities. The training was a perfect complement to these objectives.

There was great energy in the room and everyone took something away from the event. Justin Teerlink, who recently joined the company in the Mesquite, NV office said, “Wow, I didn’t realize this was going to be serious sales training. I was really impressed.”
Although everyone made accommodations in their schedule to participate in the event, no one make more effort to get to the event than the 15 who travelled more than six hours each way by bus to be there.
David Baird, Branch Broker for the Sandy, UT office and designated driver for the bus said, “We became really good friends during that road trip. Mike really gave my team some things to think about and work on. Some of them started applying principles on the drive home!”
