Median home prices increased by 23.7%. Average home prices in Washington County increased by 11.5% compared with June of 2012. Number of closed sales decreased by 55 units in June compared with the 424 closed sales last month. Inventory of homes for sale decreased by 9.7% compared with last year. There were 496 new listings compared with 603 in May. The number of new listings in June increased by 25.9% compared with June of last year. Lastly there were 156 new residential building permits in June bringing the year-to-date total to 814.
