This Fall, Amanda Wickramasinghe, Director of Education for ARTI Academics and ERA Brokers Consolidated, presented at the International Leadership Association in Ottawa Canada. The International Leadership Association (ILA) is a global network that brings together scholars from around the world who practice, study and teach leadership.
At the 21st annual global conference in Ottawa, Canada, Amanda Wickramasinghe, Director of Education for ERA Brokers Consolidated, presented her research on “The World of Work-Family Life Integration”. The research shares the findings from a variety of qualitative research studies that were conducted to help understand issues surrounding work-life balance around the world. Dr. Margaret Weber, former dean of the graduate school of education and psychology at Pepperdine University, leads the research team and the team has made significant contributions to women and leadership studies.
