Awarded in Las Vegas during ERA Franchise Systems International Business Conference of approximately 2,000 attendees at the ARIA Convention Center, it is the most prestigious form of recognition that a brokerage can receive. Formally called the Gene Francis Memorial Award, it is in honor of the late Founder and former President of ERA Franchise Systems.
