City Weekly released its July 2018 Best of Utah awards focused on Real Estate. ERA Brokers Consolidated took the Best Residential Real Estate Brokerage award. Its Principal Broker, Thayne Houston, was the runner up for the Best Residential Real Estate Broker, and the firm was recognized as the #2 Rental Management Company. Its real estate school came in third place for real estate schools.
ERA Brokers’ client focus and proprietary technology are making waves in the real estate industry. The National Association of Realtors reported that only 74% of buyers and sellers were highly likely to refer their real estate agent to family and friends or use them again. ERA Brokers’ clients said they would refer their agent to family and friends or use them again 95% of the time, 21 percentage points higher than the average reported by the association.

This recent acknowledgement comes after the firm was recognized as the top overall franchisee in ERA Franchise Systems International Business Conference in February. ERA Brokers has also been recognized as a top 500 brokerage nationally as reported by sales units and sales volume by RIS Media, RealTrends, and T360.
