Top Gun is a unique spaced-learning program for new and experienced agents that help them to their knowledge and abilities to better serve buyers and sellers in reaching their real estate goals.  Agents are formed into teams (Squadrons) to be held accountable for performance and compete with other teams to complete the assignments (targets) each week. The course is live instruction by a Top Gun Trainer that comes each week to meet with the agents and reviews accountability, instruct, and set the challenge for the next week. Each session builds on the individual’s understanding of his or her customer and offers techniques for identifying and providing tailored, personalized customer service.
“Top Gun training is designed to help real estate professionals to continually enhance the level of customer service they offer,” said Thayne Houston, Principal Broker. “This training is a reflection of our agent’s professionalism and commitment to offering their clients outstanding real estate guidance.”
