In the spring of 2017, the firm entered into an exclusive agreement to license ARTI®, an industry leading real estate marketing and transaction management platform. The platform has been featured at RealogyFWD in New York City, Real Estate New Technology (RENT) in Paris, and multiple mentions in Inman News. ARTI® allows agent, clients, and partners to seamlessly manage the marketing details and transaction components in a shared transaction window. The real time activity feed and notifications keep everyone informed. The transaction progress indicator shows how the transaction is progressing.
At the Mid-Year meetings held in Las Vegas, St. George, and Salt Lake City in August, the newest platform enhancements were rolled out, including the new automated offer product. ARTI® now features the ability with the click of a button to include in the property websites the ability to fully execute an offer via a DocuSign API integration. This enhancement gives interested buyers the ability to complete an offer after texting in from a yard sign, seeing an add on Instagram or Facebook, or receiving a postcard from a direct mail campaign.
The current process uses standard contracts appropriate to the respective states for residential, land, commercial, and industrial transactions. The platform is flexible for almost all real estate product types and is fully operational in Las Vegas, Salt Lake City, and ERA Brokers Consolidated markets in between.
ERA Brokers Consolidated’s Boost Your Home social media engagement marketing is driving hundreds of thousands of site visits to the individual property websites increasing the value of this initiative and enhancing the viability of this type of product offering.
Also at the event, ERA Brokers Consolidated launched ARTI® Studio, a fully staffed creative team with photographers and graphic designers. One of the features created by ARTI® Studio included custom property marketing videos for all ERA Brokers listing inventory. The videos are unique compared with any other offering in the industry.
