In July there were 543 new listings in Washington County which was a 60.2% increase compared with last years 339 new listings. Median home prices increased by 23.5% compared with July of 2012. The average home price increased by 27.3% over the same period. The number of days on market rose with an average of 83 days for the month of July. Closed sales increased by 20.4% with a total of 348 closed sales in Washington County for the month of July. There were 175 residential building permits were pulled in July.
