In April there were 544 new listings in Washington County which was a 48.6% increase compared with last years 366 new listings. Median home prices increased by 14.6% compared with April of 2012. The average home price increased by 10.6% over the same period. The number of days on market continues to drop. In April the average days on market were 69 days. Closed sales increased by 23.1% with a total of 346 closed sales in Washington County for the month of April. 163 residential building permits were pulled in April.
