Although there were 29% more listings signed in February compared with February last year, inventory for sale is still down 8%. The Year over Year price gains are still averaging over 10%, based on a six month rolling average. The Average Days on Market increased to 92 days. Pending sales are higher both for the month of February and year-to-date when compared with 2012. There are more closings in 2013 year-to-date than in 2012 and 114 residential building permits were pulled in February.
