Visit our website and scroll to the bottom of the home page, then click the button for the platform you’re trying to access.

Visit the Arti® login screen and click “Forgot Password”. Then follow the steps to have a temporary password emailed to you.

Zap® and Leverage use the same username and password and the systems are interconnected.  So, if you need to reset your Zap® password, simply visit Leverage and then reset your password there.  Once you have your new password set, jump back to Zap® and login.

Login to Zap®, then make sure to mark complete any tasks that are on the main page. After that, make sure that all of the Priority Follow-ups have been updated. They can be updated by putting a contact on a follow-up plan, logging a phone call or text, or sending them an email.

Dropbox is a platform ERA Brokers Consolidated uses to distribute marketing documents, forms, logos etc. For more information, visit, or contact Matt Walter.

The phone number on your sign forwards directly to your cell phone (or another number if you choose). When someone calls your sign, you will receive an immediate text message stating that the incoming call is a sign call with the caller-id and callers phone number. The caller’s information will also be stored in Arti® so you can follow up with them again.

Visit www.erabrokers/store and click on architectural photography. Fill out the required fields and complete the order. The photographer will contact you.

A contracted photographer is automatically paid by ERA. Agent does not have to provide payment at time of photography. If using an uncontracted photographer, the Agent must pay the photographer and may be reimbursed by ERA Brokers (that will need to be worked out beforehand).

I Have My First Transaction,What Should I Do?

First, visit with your office manager or branch broker to review the transaction and compliance process outlined in the policy manual. They will be happy to guide you through the process. All listings, pending, and closed transactions are required to be in ARTI.

  • We pay for professional photography for your listings. Make sure to get your property presented to sell!
  • Each office has someone who helps ensure the marketing is positioned correctly. Review the marketing process with them and ensure you are maximizing marketing resources.
  • Your listing will be syndicated to all of the major real estate websites. Be sure to view the property on these platforms to ensure it is representing the property correctly.
  • Post your ARTI listing website to Facebook and share it to your friends. If you are using a business page, you should consider boosting your post.
  • Respond to your leads quickly. The faster you respond, the better your conversion ratio will be.
  • Make sure your paperwork gets in ARTI quickly. Staff will review it in that platform and provide feedback on missing documentation.
  • Click on the “Review” button in an ARTI transaction to see required documents for ERA Brokers transactions.
  • Make sure you get a copy of the settlement statements for your closing and that they are included in the file.
  • Make sure any commission checks are made payable to ERA Brokers Consolidated
  • If wiring funds, verify wiring instructions. Bank wires are a common scam in real estate.
  • Commissions can’t be paid until it is verified that your file is complete and commissions have been received.
