The Swanepoel Mega 1000 recognizes the largest residential real estate brokerages in the United States. Annually, the report ranks industry leaders based on sales volume and reports units sold. In the 2018 Mega 1000 report, ERA Brokers Consolidated was ranked #403 among the top real estate companies across the nation.
As reported in the Swanepoel Mega 1000, ERA Brokers Consolidated closed 2,946 real estate transactions in 2017 worth approximately $732 million dollars. The real estate organization, combined with affiliated commercial real estate brokerages, closed approximately $1 billion in real estate transaction volume in 2017 and managed approximately $250 million in assets for its clients.
This recognition comes on the heels of being recognized as part of the Real Trends 500, RISMedia’s Power Broker Top 500, and ERA Franchise systems top all around company and Gene Francis Memorial Award winner.
