I want you to know that I have worked with many Real Estate agents over the years. In fact, as you are aware I was an agent myself during college. The biggest complaint about agents that I heard was their lack of follow-up and response time. You have surpassed my expectations right from day 1. You made your initial visit within a couple hours of my call. The house was listed same day. The sign, keybox, and MLS was up with 24 hours. You marketed our home very professionally. You kept me in the loop about visits, offers etc. You sold my home with a full price offer and got the extended close date that we needed. Although the transaction and our business relationship ended on not a very bright note, your willingness to meet us in the middle showed another level of accountability and desire to make things right. I am still surprised that you can check a box, for traditionally a personal item like a refrigerator, but have to spell out the inclusion of a fixed item like the dishwasher. That being said, I would refer you to anyone. I have spoken nothing but great words about you to our neighbors and friends. I have given your contact information to my Aunt that is trying to sell a home in Green Valley. I am not sure if you have spoken to her yet. I wanted to thank you again and wish you continued success in Southern Utah.
