In September there were 573 new listings in Washington County which was a 57.9% increase compared with last years 363 new listings. The median home prices increased by 16.6% compared with September of 2012. The average home price increased by 15.8% over the same period. Number of days on market fell to 61 days for the month of September. Closed sales increased by 35.9% with a total of 264 closed sales in Washington County for the month of September. Lastly, there were 127 residential building permits were pulled in September.
