ERA Brokers Consolidated met for its annual kickoff meetings in January to recognize award winners and launch initiatives for 2020. Significant innovations in real estate marketing, transaction structure, and support have been launched and supported by ERA Brokers Consolidated and its affiliates. Some of those initiatives are as follows:
Boost Your Home
In 2019, ERA Brokers Consolidated’s Social Media Campaign received 5.5 million impressions and reached 433,000 people. It generated 800,000 views of ERA Brokers Consolidated listings. The result was a marketing impact for our clients greater than Realtor.com or Trulia. In conjunction with this effort, ARTI Transaction Management Platform was enhanced with reporting for listing views on Zillow, Realtor.com, ARTI, and other websites like Trulia. This first of its kind listing reporting is available only in the ARTI platform. In addition, the real estate agent and clients can get a weekly report sent to them showing all of the activity on their listing. This functionality, combined with the professional photography services, Matterport Tours, video content, property specific content and make offer process make it the most advanced, feature rich property display on the internet. And it is fully controlled by the listing agent.
Creative Team, ARTI Studio
In 2019, we announced ARTI Studio, our team of graphic designers, videographers, and photographers. ARTI Studio provides a wide range of creative services for real estate professionals and is built to support real estate transactions. In 2019, ARTI Studio photographed more than 1,200 properties, completed over 800 Matterport tours, and flew more than 230 aerial drone shoots.
Real Estate Education
With the implementation of our Continuing Education offerings in office and online, ERA Brokers and its education affiliate banked over 3,000 hours of continuing education credit in Utah and Nevada. New course offerings recently added include Real Safe Real Estate, Utah 3 Hour Mandatory Course, and Intro to Commercial Real Estate.
A Decade In Review
As we launch into 2020 real estate markets, we wanted to have a better grasp of underlying demographic trends driving intermountain real estate markets. The Residential Review and the Commercial Real Estate Decade in Review highlight the estimated increase in population of more than 600,000 people that Nevada and Utah demographers expect. We estimated the impact to residential real estate to be more than 200,000 new housing units between Las Vegas and Salt Lake City in the next 10 years and approximately 120 million square feet of commercial and industrial space.
Buy Now Sell Later
Through an affiliate, ERA Brokers Consolidated is making it easier for buyers and sellers who are struggling with contingent offers to clear the contingencies and purchase or sell with confidence. Launched in January of 2019, the program was a success in its 1st year.
