We love hearing how hard our agents work and the successes they have when helping their clients. Here are two emails we received about our agents Susan Jarvis and John Houston.

Dear Mr. Houston,
We have been working with your representative and agent, Susan Jarvis in our search for a future home. We felt compelled to contact you and let you know that you have staffed your agency with a highly professional and personable agent.

My wife and I have made several real estate investments over the years, purchasing and selling both income properties and primary residences. We have worked with many agents using various firms (Century 21, Windermere, Remax, and even Zip Realty), but none have provided the level of service Susan has through your ERA firm. We anticipate closing within weeks and look forward to a smooth transaction. We also will continue our search for an additional income property with Susan, knowing that she will skillfully assist us in selecting a sound investment.

Susan reflects the work ethic and integrity that we had hoped to find in a realtor, and is a perfect match to our needs. We found her immediate responses to our questions, and her ability to resolve every concern when reviewing properties, extremely helpful in our short window of opportunity for our St. George search.

Time and time again, Susan listened to our remarks and sought input from professionals to resolve our concerns with properties, on the spot! In one case, we went by a vacant parcel, and Susan called and arranged for a builder to meet us to discuss the costs to develop and build, in another case we had questions about a home on septic and Susan called and made contact with the health department to help us understand the system, while we were viewing the home. She made multiple contacts with HOAs to answer questions about CCR’s while on route to meet us or while we were viewing properties.

Since we are residing in the state of Washington, we rely on Susan to assist us with all the inspections and details of our recent offer, that we cannot handle remotely. Susan has not hesitated to respond to any of our needs. She remained in contact with us (even on her days off), truly caring for us while taking on tasks that other agents would probably decline to do. Her kindness and good sense of humor, made Susan our friend and agent.

This kind of dedication to the client is unheard of today. Susan is a true professional and represents ERA well and reflects strongly on your ability to select only the very best professionals for your ERA firm.

We hope you have an opportunity to commend Susan for her outstanding level of service to others and to thank her for her dedication to her profession.

Sincerely,
Mr. & Mrs. Luvera

With my mother’s passing I found myself in need of a realtor to sell her property. Having gone through documents I came across an ERA agent my mother had previously used with great satisfaction. I found that he had retired however he connected me with an agent who he helped mentor many years ago, John Houston. Not living in the state of Utah myself, I trusted John to help my sister and I to assist us in the sale. John’s help was outstanding! We had to deal with a probate issue and John guided us to a very talented attorney who quickly took action and prevented any delays. Mom’s home was in an area with many other listings and I had thought to myself that this sale was going to take a very long time. That though proved to be incorrect. John was able to locate a buyer quickly and was creative with resolving an issue with the home that was mutually agreed upon by both buyer and seller that got this property sold at a very competitive price.

John kept me informed of all activity with the property and was very quick in responding to any and all questions and concerns which I had. His pleasant demeanor and professionalism where always greatly appreciated. It was truly a pleasure to work with such a highly skilled realtor and I would recommend him to all who seek a positive realty experience.

Sincerely,
Mr. Moran
