Sellers’ biggest regret is that they didn’t take more time preparing their home for sale, according to a recent Zillow Group Study.  They often list and want their property on the market immediately, but upon reflection realize that their rush to market hurt their ability to get the best price with reliability.  Like buyers, sellers also fear making a bad decision.   They want a trusted advisor to help them through the process.
