As a Real Estate broker/associate from 2001 to 2024, David managed a team of over 190 real estate agents across two locations in Las Vegas. His key responsibilities included overseeing executive leadership, company training, and public relations with the media. He also developed and implemented ambitious business strategies, short-term goals, and long-term objectives, all while maintaining high levels of agent retention. In addition, David spearheaded a morning mastermind program with agents to help them achieve their systems and production goals. He was instrumental in fostering a culture of openness, transparency, and accountability, which helped to improve the customer experience and drive growth across the company. Davids passion for education led him to assist in the development of pre-license and continuing education modules and curriculum, working closely with the education director to ensure that agents had access to the latest industry knowledge and best practices.
