Each year, ERA Franchise Systems recognizes its top producing agents and teams from across the country.  This year, The Porter Team from ERA Brokers’ Hurricane Office was a finalist for Top All-Around Team for the year ended 2017.  The other nominees were “The Clark Realty Group” with ERA Real Solutions Realty and “The Maria Sims Team” with ERA Sunrise Realty.  Nominees were selected based on a combination of total closed units, adoption of ERA tools and services, and customer satisfaction results.

Three members of the Porter Team were at IBC.  Jonathan Zundel said, “Being nominated for a national award was exciting, and we had a lot of fun!  I loved listening to Marki Lemon’s incredible class. Interacting with other agents was one of the biggest impacts for me.  We had a lot of fun spending time together at the event!”

Dan Porter added: “It was so much fun. We have a great team, and to see them take the stage as one of the top teams really motivated me to work even harder for our clients in 2018.”

Beverly Whipple joined the Porter Team in 2016 attended her first IBC.  She explained, “It was incredibly exciting to be nominated!  The bar has been set pretty high for next year, and we are really going to go for it.  In addition, it was a tremendous honor to be nominated for Top All-Around Team and win the Gene Francis Memorial award.  Being on stage in front of 2,000 people was absolutely thrilling—I felt like a celebrity. I loved taking classes and spending time with other real estate professionals outside of our normal office environment.”
