04/12/2017 – ERA Franchise Systems held its annual International Business Conference in Dallas, Texas in March. ERA Brokers sent 31 representatives to the conference including brokers and agents from seven offices between Salt Lake City and Las Vegas. At the event, ERA Brokers was recognized as a semifinalist for the overall top brokerage award, a top 15 firm in the franchise, and a platinum company. In addition to brokerage recognition, ERA agents and teams were recognized for their success serving clients.
While the primary purpose was training headlined by Mike Eurizione the captain of the 1980 US gold medal Hockey Team and Richard Smith, CEO and Chairman of Realogy Holdings Corp, ERA agents were invited to think, dream, and be BIG.
In addition to the International Business Conference in March, ERA Brokers held its annual kickoff meetings in Las Vegas, St. George, and Salt Lake City. There, the company celebrated helping 2,974 clients buy or sell real estate in 2016 and recognized its highest producing agents.
Key initiatives announced at the Kickoff meetings include plans to generate over 24,000 buyer or seller leads and the launch of ERA Brokers proprietary, first to market, fully integrated real estate solution providing transaction progress, document management, marketing, and lead generation systems in one platform.
