The number of new listings in September increased for Sevier County by 58.3% compared with September of last year. Median home prices in Sevier County decreased 9.8% compared with September of 2012. Average home prices increased 3.6%. The number of days on market went up with an average of 188 days for the month of September compared with September of 2012. Closed sales increased by 6.3% with a total of 17 closed sales in Sevier County for the month of September.Inventory for September went up 6.8% compared with September 2012.
