Ever year the ERA Franchise holds an International Business Conference. This year IBC was held at LA Live. It was quite the party that included a flash mob of ERA Agents. The speakers were awesome and ERA Brokers was awarded and recognized in more than just a couple of categories.
ERA Brokers was one of the six finalists for the Innovation Award and ERA Brokers won! ERA Maps is what sets ERA Brokers apart from our competitors, if you didn’t see the submission for the award you can find it here. 
On an individual level John Houston received runner up for the Momentum Award. Each year a few individual sales associates with the most growth in AGC over the prior year are recognized for their dedication and improvement. Way to go John!

ERA Brokers was also recognized for being a Top 25 Company, 35 years with the ERA franchise, a Gold Company and as an Honorable Mention for the Gene Francis Award. This award is the system’s highest honor a company can receive. Every nominee is truly an ERA Brand Ambassador because they are the total package. This is not only reflected in their company performance overall and in their market place, but also in their demonstration of embracing the ERA value proposition. As a result, they are a better company today than yesterday.

Not only did ERA Brokers come away with awards and recognition a new logo was revealed. This is very exciting for ERA Brokers and all the changes they have made in the last few years. The new logo will role out after July of this year. Stay tuned and look for some more exciting changes to come.
