In October there were 620 new listings in Washington County which was a 59% increase compared with last years 390 new listings. Median home prices increased by 28.8% compared with October of 2012. The average home price increased by 14.8% over the same period. The number of days on market fell to 58 days for the month of October. Closed sales increased by 1.8% with a total of 290 closed sales in Washington County for the month of October. There were 148 residential building permits were pulled in October.
