Forbes Claims Utah is the Happiest Place

A recent article in Forbes Magazine has ranked Utah as the “happiest” state in the nation. According to the article the people of Utah are happy because of work environment, emotional health, and their local communities. It also referenced the low unemployment rate as compared to the national average.

Southern Utah continues to be one of the top destination locations in the state of Utah. The mild winter climate and almost endless sunshine seem to keep people healthier and happier. The many outdoor recreation amenities of the area include hiking, biking, golfing, fishing, camping, 4-wheeling, and much more.

Due to all of these things and many more the St. George real estate market has continued to grow and has been one of the fastest growing communities in Utah. Utah, and especially Southern Utah, is a great place to live.
