It was great to hear some positive news today in the financial markets.  The DOW closed up nearly 500 points.  Credit for the increase was given to the National Association of Realtors recent report that home sales were up 5% in February and the efforts toward relieving banks of ‘toxic debt’ through a sell off of those assets to private investors at very favorable rates with shared risk and benefit between private investors and the government.
