The State of Utah is offering a Home Run 2 Grant, a $4000 assistance to home buyers that want a new home constructed, finish a partially-constructed home, or want to purchase a newly-constructed home.  The home must be the primary residence of the home buyer. Previously occupied  homes do not qualify.
